A National Entity for Skill, Literacy & Human Resource Development

DLKWF has grown exponentially, making its presence felt across the twenty-eight states and nine union territories — training and certifying many youth by helping them become employable and self-employable.

The DLK Welfare Foundation is a non-profit, self-financed organisation established under ITA 1882, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, and incorporated under the legislation of Sec. (8), formerly Sec. (25), Co. Act 2013, MCA — Govt. of India.

We work for the development of literacy and create awareness among the masses about skill, vocational education, science and technology — striving for upliftment in all spheres of life.

Foundation

Establishment

Self-Financed & Independent

DLK Welfare Foundation is a self-financed autonomous institution. We are not in receipt of any grant-in-aid either from the Government or from any other Council's department. We provide skills and vocational courses training in joint collaboration with many organisations, for the sole purpose of candidate self-employment.
